It’s a new day. That’s what our great democracy gives us every November. Another chance. Hope. Enthusiasm.
In our middle class neighborhoods, most of us have been worried about our bills and our schools. We still play by the rules, save for the worst and hope for the best. Many of us have white-knuckled it through employment changes. We are not busy grinding political axes – we don’t have the time.
But we are not alone – many people are frustrated with the political divisiveness, ongoing war, blatant greed and casual disregard for vulnerable populations – from the poor to elderly to children.
If this resonates with you, join our team to send Diane Lore to the State House. Donate. Volunteer. Hold a “listening” or a “friend-raising” party. Host a yard sign. And most importantly, vote in November.
Our goals are simple: Send a great representative who knows the area and hears all the voices of the district – Democratic and Republican; people of all colors, creeds and cultures.
This is not the time for Business As Usual. This is the time to bring forth common sense leadership who truly believes in the power of the people she represents.
